新京报讯（记者张静姝）近日，新京报记者从内蒙古鄂尔多斯警方获悉一起诈骗案。家长想让孩子上名校心切，被骗13万元，嫌疑人因诈骗罪获刑。2023年5月，家住鄂尔多斯东胜区的方某为了让孩子上一个好大学，通过熟人找到李某，想疏通关系，买高校“内部名额”。原以为李某能帮助孩子，没想到却落入李某自导自演的骗局。李某谎称自己有硬关系，可以帮助方某的女儿到武汉某学校上学，骗取方某人民币13万元，并将所骗钱款用于偿还债务和日常消费。李某被公安机关抓获后，将诈骗钱款向被害人退赔。目前，李某因犯诈骗罪，被东胜区人民法院判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑三年，并处罚金二万元。编辑 刘倩 校对 李立军
